Our house extends over 4.5 floors and consists of 3 separate areas:
Terrace apartment (with full sea view):
Separate apartment for 2-3 people (double bed) with access via an outdoor staircase. Equipped with a terrace swing, sink, bathroom / WC including hamam and a barbecue possibility.
Middle floors (with sea view):
Offer space for 6-7 people. The entrance level includes a living room with an open American kitchen, a guest toilet and a balcony. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms (with 3 double beds), a bathroom / WC and two more balconies.
Lower studio apartment (with gallery and high ceilings):
Offers space for 5-6 people (2 double beds on the gallery, single beds on the ground floor). Equipped with its own bathroom / WC, its own kitchen, private garden and separate entrance.
Our villa is located just 60 meters from the Ayıbalığı bay - one of the five cleanest bays in the Izmir region. This proximity offers you the comfort of being able to reach the beach even in your house shoes. Additionally, our guests have access to the spacious pool in the upper garden. Enjoy social grill evenings in our garden and let the wonderful summer evenings of Mordoğan fade away with a dinner outdoors. Depending on the season, you can also try the fresh fruit from the trees in our garden.
After climbing the marble stairs, a cozy living room with an open American kitchen and a balcony awaits you on the ground floor. The floor above has three bedrooms with double beds. The main floors offer space for 6 to 7 people.

* Outdoor area: Two additional balconies with beautiful views.
The terrace floors, which can be reached via an external wrought iron staircase, offer a very romantic ambiance with their breathtaking view - ideal for couples. Enjoy relaxed hours on the spacious terrace or a private wellness experience in your own hamam.

The garden studio apartment on the lower floor offers maximum independence through its separate entrance via the private garden. The apartment impresses with its clever design with two inner gallery levels, each accommodating a cozy double bed. On the main level, there is another single bed and the living and dining area. If required, an additional single bed can be provided, so the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Book nowWhen we bought this house in the 2010s, our very first act was to plant the garden with various fruit trees. Of the over 30 houses we visited at the time, it was above all the breathtaking view of the nightly sea in the moonlight that immediately captivated us and sealed our decision.
One of our absolute favorite moments is sitting on the terrace under the shady leafage of the vineyards and enjoying a fresh fish evening. Exactly this feeling of life and this peace we did not want to keep to ourselves, but to share with others. That's why we decided to open our house to guests at selected times via this page.
We are a small, closely connected family. Our goal is to expand our circle of friends and at the same time make a small contribution to our household budget. We look forward to welcoming you with a combination of professional claim and genuine, heartfelt "amateur spirit".
It's really close to the sea and a wonderful breeze blows. We had a great time; there are fruit trees in the garden, and we snacked directly from the tree. The beds were very comfortable. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
